You can access free PPs for DRF’s daily featured race here. The following is my race analysis post-scratches.
Horseshoe Indianapolis Race 8 William Garrett Stakes 3YO+ 6:07 EST Very tempted to just name 6 Gray Attempt, a winner last time out going doing the same 5 furlongs on the turf, as my pick here and get to work on to tomorrow’s Saratoga card. However, there are two other grays in this race, the 5 Charcoal (With Joe Talamo aboard!), and the 8 Rockcrest, who are very game. I will be boxing those three for the hell of it. My numbers suggest Rockcrest to get out to the early lead, and there are a couple in here that should rate right off the pace and very well may duel down the stretch for the win. The 7 Field Day has the speed figures to win here. He’s been the post time favorite in six of his last eight starts, winning four. Trainer Brad Cox’s turf reputation precedes him. He’s also the lightest raced of this bunch. The 4 Thanks Mr. Eidson, a winner last time out at Churchill Downs at the end of May, earning a 94 Beyer. For my price horses, I’m going to throw in the 2 Major Wager, the 3 Oceanic, and the 9 Mark of the Z. Major Wager gets a jockey upgrade Deshawn Parker and should be charging late. Oceanic gets back to the turf and 5 furlongs, the surface and distance of his last win. All Mark of the Z does is hit the board with consistency, and he’s 3-1-1-1 lifetime on Horseshoe Indianapolis’s turf course.

New York -1.5 -154 vs. Cincinnati 7:05 EST Bounce-back spot for the Yankees. They’ve covered the run line in eight of starting pitcher Luis Severino’s ten wins this season.
